About Us

Our history and roots

Fethi M'Rad originally founded Universa Fiduciaire Sàrl in 2001, with the aim of providing long-term support to businesses and entrepreneurs with their financial, administrative and strategic challenges.

After nearly twenty years working within this organisation, in 2021 he had the opportunity to acquire and develop a new company in the form of a public limited company (SA): IRIS Plus, which he has been managing ever since.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Industrial Sciences from the University of Geneva and, over the years, has developed solid and recognised expertise in several key areas of business management.

His specialisation covers, in particular, corporate taxation, the formation and structuring of companies, litigation management, and the implementation of effective cost accounting systems. Thanks to a rigorous and pragmatic approach, he has supported numerous clients, ensuring he remains closely attuned to their needs.
